Ich hatte ja vorher schon einmal erwähnt, daß ich hier ein richtig leckeres Bier gebraut habe. Bisher hat’s allen geschmeckt, jetzt kam per mail auch die “offizielle” Bestätigung, daß mein Bier lecker ist:

I really like the dunkel. As you say, it is kind of an amber colour rather than brownish, but it is quite delicious. Nice and malty, not very hoppy, quite smooth on the palate, clean.

How German is it in terms of brewing recipe/technique? German malt? Yeast? Mash technique?
